The price for a roof garden starts from €200 per m². The total cost depends on the construction, structure and the plants chosen.
Yes, through the Green Amsterdam Subsidy. If you choose native planting, you can receive up to €35 subsidy per m². For roof gardens of 30 m² or more, at least 50% of the planting must be native to qualify.
Not every roof can directly support a roof garden. The carrying capacity of the structure and the condition of the roofing are decisive. We look at this during a no-obligation appointment.
Often no permit is needed, but rules may apply from the municipality or your VvE. We will advise you in advance what is required in your situation.
