Sustainable construction with Intercel: a future-proof roof

The Haarlem Energy HUB is a model of sustainable innovation. This project, developed by Intercel and its partners, complies with the latest PGS 37-2 safety standards and sets a new benchmark in circular and nature-inclusive construction.

With the creation of a 1,000-square-meter rooftop flower meadow, this building actively contributes to climate adaptation, biodiversity, and urban greening. The green roof serves as natural insulation, collects rainwater, and provides a habitat for bees and butterflies.
