For the innovative Tala housing project in Sittard, we installed a biodiverse native rooftop flower meadow on 40 prefabricated homes. This green roof is designed to offer both aesthetic and ecological benefits and contributes to a sustainable and nature-rich living environment.
The use of native flower species creates a vibrant and colorful rooftop landscape that is not only visually appealing but also offers functional benefits. The green roof improves insulation, helps with water retention, and supports local biodiversity by attracting bees, butterflies, and other insects.
