Subsidy for a green roof in Bleiswijk
If you live in Bleiswijk and want to apply for a grant for a green roof you are eligible to do so with the Delfland Municipality.
The Delfland Municipality came up with the green roof scheme to give sewers a helping hand when there is heavy rainfall. This is because green roofs store water that the sewers then do not have to process all at once.
The municipality has set some conditions if you live in Bleiswijk and want to qualify for a grant:
- With your measures, you must be able to store at least 2,000 liters of water and the subsidy must be at least 1,000 euros.
- The scheme is designed for individuals, companies and other organizations. Can’t get your hands on a grant of at least 1,000 euros? Then consult with the neighborhood to see if you can do it together, for example.
What can you expect in terms of subsidy?
The municipality reimburses a maximum of thirty percent of the costs you incur when you want to receive a subsidy for your green roof in Bleiswijk.
Per m3 of water storage, i.e. 1000 liters, you will receive a maximum of 500 euros in compensation in terms of subsidy.
You only get a subsidy from the municipality when there is a minimum subsidy of 1,000 euros. So small green roofs are not of interest to the municipality.
In total, a maximum of 35,000 euros will be reimbursed if you live in Bleiswijk and want to claim a subsidy.
